Indoor White Flowering Plants
Give your indoor décor a fresh start by adding a few white flowering plants.
You’ll find quite a few options in your favorite garden center and florist. Mophead hydrangeas are a nice addition to the indoor garden where their flowers can last for several months. Miniatures are also available, so limited space is not a reason to pass on these plants. Grow these in a bright location and keep the soil evenly moist.
Jasmine’s white flowers brighten up any room and fill it with a lily-of-the-valley like fragrance. Keep it in a cool bright location to extend its bloom time.
Moth orchids come in a variety of colors including white. Their easy-care nature and long-lasting flowers make them the perfect choice for anyone. Place them near an east facing window or other bright location and keep the planting mix moist but not soggy wet.
A bit more information: Consider a bouquet of white flowers if a lack of sunlight and space prevent you from increasing your indoor plant collection. White carnations, lilies and roses are a few to consider. Take a whiff and select those with wonderful fragrance for a bit of aromatherapy.
