2019 Pantone Color – Living Coral

Add some optimistic comforting color to your gardens and containers this year with the 2019 Pantone color Living Coral.

Each year the Pantone Color Institute™ forecasts color trends that will be seen in fashion, décor, entertainment and even our gardens.

Plant a bit of vibrant comfort this season. Include the All-America Selections winner Magellan Coral zinnia. The fully double 5” blooms on 15” tall plants are perfect in containers or the front of the border.

Several annual verbenas have coral flowers including the variety Aztec Coral. This heat and drought tolerant verbena will also attract bees and butterflies to the garden.

Infuse coral into any garden with the 2 feet tall Gallery Art Deco dahlia; topped with bicolor flowers of coral, pink, apricot and red.

A bit more information:  Adding coral touches to outdoor furnishings, garden art and containers is another way to infuse your garden with this year’s Pantone color Living Coral.  Combine it with navy, sea blue, vibrant yellow and green, reflecting the colorful life under the sea.
