Cup and Saucer Vine

Cobaea scandens, grown as an annual in most regions this climber produces fragrant cup shaped flowers summer through fall. In Zones 11 to 13 it is an evergreen perennial that can reach 30 feet or more in height. Grow it in full sun to light shade with moist well-drained soil. It attaches to supports by tendrils with tiny hooks. Prune perennial vines as needed to fit the support in late winter or early spring.
