Raspberry Shortcake, Pink Lemonade and Peach Sorbet are plants, not dishes to enjoy at your next meal.  Consider including these and other compact fruit plants in your garden or on the balcony or deck.

Bushel and Berry, formerly branded as Brazelberry, is a collection of ornamental, compact and self-pollinating fruit plants. Perfect for small space and apartment dwellers or those that like to grow one of every plant.

Baby Cakes Thornless Blackberry is hardy in zones 4 to 8 and only grows 3 to 4 feet tall. You’ll enjoy the white flowers in spring and large sweet blackberries in the summer.

Raspberry Shortcake is a compact thornless raspberry that produces lots of berries on a 2 to 3 feet tall and wide plant.

Blueberry Glaze, Jelly Bean, Peach Sorbet, Perpetua and Pink Icing blueberries have attractive flowers, edible fruit and a variety of other ornamental attributes.

A bit more information:  When selecting fruit plants always check to see if you need two varieties for pollination and fruit formation. If the tag says, “self-pollinating or self-fertile” like these berry varieties, you only need one plant to have fruit.
