- William Baffin - large shrub rose that can be trained as a climber, low maintenance, repeating deep pink blooms, needs no winter protection

- Fourth of July - 10-14', red and white striped flowers, repeat bloomer
- Captain Samuel Holland - 6 feet, light red flowers, good disease resistance, slight fragrance
- Marie Victorin - 6 to 8 feet, double salmon pink flowers
- Henry Kelsey - 8 feet, double dark red flowers, slightly fragrant
