Planting & Care
  • Propagate loosestrife by seed or division
  • Division may be needed annually to control the spread of its rhizomes, especially when grown in rich soils in full sun
  • Plants will also readily self seed, deadhead to control reseeding
  • Plants may require staking
  • Avoid growing near waterways where Lysimachia can escape into the wild
