All-America Selections 2018 National Vegetable Winners
Grow some taste sensations in your garden this season with two of the All-America Selections National Vegetable winners. Tested nationally these vegetables are selected for their flavor and superior performance in home gardens.
American Dream Sweet Corn produces tender super sweet kernels. If you thought Honey ‘N Pearl, the 1988 winner, was tasty you’ll be blown away by this super sweet corn. It ripens slightly earlier at 77 days from planting, grows 6 to 7 feet tall and the tender kernels fill the cob.
Asian Delight Pak Choi is a Chinese cabbage that doesn’t go to seed for several weeks after other varieties. That means you’ll get two or more times the harvest from this winner. The five- to seven-inch heads are filled with dark green, textured leaves with tender white ribs.
A bit more information: Asian Delight Pak Choi is tasty and attractive. The color and texture combine nicely with flowers. Add it to containers, flowerbeds or vegetable gardens.
