Red Spider Lily
I am looking for information on Red spider lily.
The common name, red spider lily (Lycoris radiata), aptly describes the beautiful blooms. This member of the amaryllis family sends leaves up in the spring that then fade and disappear for summer. The beautiful leafless blooms make a surprise appearance in late summer or early autumn. This plant prefers full sun, well-drained soil and is hardy in zones 7 to 10 though some zone 5 and 6 gardeners have reported success overwintering these outdoors.
