I have a question about my amaryllis plant as well as a dilemma.  Six or eight years ago I received an amaryllis bulb from my mother. It is currently in a large pot along with many of its offspring. The entire top of the pot is packed with bulbs so separation and transplanting would be disruptive and quite a chore. It is blooming now and also blooms each summer.  Should I separate and divide the bulbs or leave well enough alone?

When I brought my amaryllis inside last October, it bloomed right away instead of waiting until Christmas. It also was much more prolific than usual—unfurling six blossoms. Do you know what caused this behavior?

I have three amaryllis plants. I put them outside each summer. How can I get them to rebloom?

We have a dwarf lemon tree we got this spring. We had a lot of fruit on the tree and took it into the house for winter and placed it under a grow light. The lemons turn yellow and we have been using them. We water once every two weeks. Now the leaves are wrinkling. Should we cut back on watering or turn off the lights?
