Planting and Care
Very drought tolerant, tolerates a wide range of soil types, including clay and dry, rocky soils. Prairie dropseed is a slow growing grass that is slow to establish, but is well worth the wait for it's fragrant flowers and arching habit that is also attractive to birds and other wildlife.
