Brookfield, Wisconsin - Landscape Designer: Jim Drzewiecki, Ginkgo Leaf Studio (installed by Stone Oak Landscapes) - This portion of the landscape renovation began with a new split-face granite garden wall with custom Bedford limestone coping to match the house. The goal was to create a sense of space that defined the private from the public while adding a dramatic architectural element to the front yard. A new patterned bluestone landing and Waukesha gray limestone step help to transition from the driveway to the front walk.
Brookfield, Wisconsin – Landscape designer: Jim Drzewiecki, Ginkgo Leaf Studio (installed by Stone Oak Landscapes) - As the front porch roof has no gutter, we turned a functional detail into an aesthetic one using Halquist Fashionettes as a stone mulch in front of a bed of ‘Rozanne’ Geranium. Custom ordered Frank Lloyd Wright replica planters with annuals complete the look.
